Shipping Protection – Terms & Conditions

What is Shipping Protection?

Shipping Protection is an optional, voluntary service offered at checkout to provide customers with extra peace of mind.

For a small fee, we prioritize your order if it is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.


1. Coverage Period

Coverage begins when the package is dispatched from our fulfillment center and ends immediately upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.


2. Covered Events

Shipping Protection applies only to incidents occurring during transit, including:

  • Loss

The carrier confirms the package is lost, or tracking has not updated for more than 15 business days.

  • Damage

Items arrive broken or unusable due to carrier mishandling.

  • Theft (In-Transit)

The package is intercepted or stolen before reaching the final delivery destination.


3. Exclusions (Not Covered)

Shipping Protection does not apply in the following situations:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

  • Package marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but missing afterward

    (e.g. porch piracy or unattended delivery)

  • Delays caused by customs inspections, holds, or import clearance issues


4. Claims Process

To submit a claim:

  • Contact our support team within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and items

For loss or theft claims:

Carrier confirmation or a formal inquiry/case number may be required.


5. Resolution (Refund or Replacement)

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following (at our discretion):

  • Replacement – A new item shipped at no additional cost

  • Refund – A full refund for the affected item(s)

    (Shipping Protection fee is not refundable)


6. Fees & Selection

  • Fee: USD $2.99 per order (non-refundable)

  • Optional: Shipping Protection is voluntary and opt-in

  • Selection: Customers may manually select Shipping Protection at checkout

  • Non-Refundable: Once the order has been dispatched, the fee is considered used


7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the actual purchase value of the lost or damaged item(s).

Shipping Protection does not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
